Mostly things down on the farm have been fairly quiet of late. There are big changes ahead regarding the management structure at the more local level which in time will have implications for how we conduct our business. It is a difficult time for those involved. I am pleased that loyal followers of this very intermittent blog feel confident enough to post comments.
As a sign of commitment to the farm I had contemplated painting my bedroom in corporate colours but then the drugs wore off. We should all adopt pet hamsters in our work stations to show our trust and solidarity in view of the negative press comments that some people would not want us to be entrusted with such responsibility. To see their little legs running nowhere in their wheels might be inspirational or depressing, depending on the kind of day you were having. I would prefer to be in one of those plastic balls and free to roam. Might apply for one of those management jobs. Stairs could be a problem. But I would not have to fear being kicked by Rooney or Lampard.

Missing Shepherds?
ReplyDeleteThere seem to be less of us? No-one has left a farewell note, nor any other hint as to their whereabouts. The fields seem to be slowly emptying of our brethren. Where are people disappearing to?
I have taken in my neighbours flock as he has not been seen since last month. I will feed them and tend to their other needs, but I fear for my safety.
