Agricultural ASBOs for Administrative Aberrations

Conversations down by the cattle trough reveal that there is a new initiative to increase daily milk yield. Anyone failing to provide the requisite amount in a timely manner will be entered into a special book of "non-compliers". I would wear this as a badge of honour - along with my various identity badges [not multiple identities, but multiple reminders of a single identity] - were it not so sinister, being redolent of the behaviour of all states through history seeking to control their subjects. I think being awarded an Agricultural ASBO (AA) should carry some element of staff benefit, such as a discount on "AA" accident insurance. After all (q.v. "more sheep worrying"), farms can be hazardous. Especially if you have been identified as a non-complier.
