Further information in our daily "Farming News" regarding the big "going for gold" with "Investors in Sheep" initiative. The farm will be judged on how it values its staff. I would suggest that this is done in two ways - by the quality and amount of milk they produce (see earlier posts on milk production) and, as with all livestock, by the kilogram.
